A soft fall that still takes everything

A wide bag can carry a working day without looking as though it is carrying one. This shape falls a little at the sides and takes volume easily, and the top edge is drawn gently inward at the centre, which keeps the outline calm instead of square.

Design Highlights

The surface carries an even embossed pattern that breaks light softly and gives the plain body some depth. The zip runs the full length of the top and closes the bag completely. Two short handles are stitched firmly at the outer edge for carrying by hand, and a long shoulder strap adjusts in length for days that need both hands free. Two slip pockets on the outside take a phone or a ticket where a hand finds them without opening the bag, and a small metal charm hangs at the front as the single piece of decoration.

How to Style It

With a coat and straight trousers it holds the shape of a working look. At the weekend it sits easily against denim and a heavy knit and stays light. Keep what goes inside to the things the day actually needs so the soft body keeps its fall.
