Our Story

North & Willow began with a simple observation — made not in a boardroom, but in the quiet moments of daily life.

We noticed how often women compromise on what they wear. Dressing for work means one wardrobe. Dressing for the weekend means another. And somewhere in between, the woman herself gets lost in the switch.

We wanted to create something different: a brand that does not ask you to choose between looking good and feeling comfortable. A place where soft fabrics and clean lines live in the same closet. Where a top that works for a video call also works for a walk by the lake.

That is how North & Willow took shape — not chasing trends, but listening to what women actually need from their clothes. Pieces that hold their shape after a full day. Colours that do not scream for attention but quietly earn it.

The name came from two ideas that felt right together. North — the sense of direction, of knowing where you are headed. Willow — softness with strength, the ability to adapt without breaking. It is the balance we try to bring to everything we make.

Our small team manages product selection, quality assurance, and customer care. Our fulfilment partners handle warehousing and shipping from our centre in Shenzhen, delivering across Canada.

We are entirely online — no pop-ups, no showrooms. Every order is packed individually and shipped to your door through our logistics network.

Our customer support team is available Monday to Friday, in English, because we believe good service should be easy to reach.
