Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.

Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs procedures depending on local regulations.

All Canadian orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All applicable import taxes and customs duties are covered by us. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Delivery Issues

  • your order is incomplete
  • your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe

please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We recommend reporting any delivery issues within 48 hours of receipt.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer.
